The company listed on the invoice, which can be found under Hong Kong Centurion Official logo, is hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Centurion Official".
Company listed on the invoice is either "Hong Kong Centurion Official".
- All goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUND will be granted under any circumstances.
- Company credit note may be issued at the absolute discretion of Hong Kong Centurion Official.
- New and unused goods purchased in Hong Kong Centurion Official directly may be exchanged once WITHIN 7 Days OF PURCHASE. There will be no exchange for used or unconformity goods.
- All goods purchased in Hong Kong Centurion Official directly cannot be exchanged, credited nor refunded in other regions.
- All exchange is subject to stock availability and provision of appropriate proof of purchase (Original invoice issued by Hong Kong Centurion Official) together with all original and undamaged packaging.
- Should you find any damage on your luggage, you are advised to approach your airline handlers at once to complain and claim damages.
- Hong Kong Centurion Official reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
- Hong Kong Centurion Official reserves the rights of final decision in case of disputes.

★ 保修服務會根據其CENTURION的受損程度而進行保修估價及向客人報價。
★ 如客人同意報價後保修,即會進行維修。完成後,保修中心(台灣)會寄回給客人,而運費由客人負擔。
★ 如客人不同意報價後保修,可自行取回行李箱或由保修中心寄回,運費由客人負擔。
★ 若因航空公司託運而受損破碎,客人可憑銷售單據或維修費用單據向航空公司或保險公司要求賠償。
